1. What the Site offers

The Site is a personal portfolio and blog. It also sells digital eBooks that are read online on the Site. Some chapters are free to read; the rest require a purchase.

2. Your account

• An account is created with the email address you give at checkout. Keep that email address and your password accurate and secure.
• Your account is for you alone. You may be signed in on up to two devices at a time.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly at official.iamgurmeet@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) on each book's page. The amount shown is the amount you pay.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• We may change prices at any time. A change never affects an order you have already paid for.
• An order is confirmed only after the payment succeeds.

4. Delivery

Books are delivered digitally as online access on the Site. Nothing is shipped. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

5. Refunds and cancellation

Because access is delivered immediately, purchases are final and are not refundable or cancellable, except in the cases set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Your licence to read

Buying a book gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read it on the Site. Your access does not expire, but it depends on the Site being online. You may copy code examples into your own projects. You may not:

• copy, download, print, record, resell, share or publish the book's text, in whole or in part;
• share your account or sign-in details with anyone else;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access or extract content;
• try to get around the Site's access controls or security.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or end your access without a refund.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including books, articles, text, code, graphics and design, belongs to Gurmeet Singh unless stated otherwise, and is protected by copyright law. Using the Site does not transfer any ownership to you.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use the Site for anything unlawful, or send spam or harmful content through the contact form or chat assistant. Do not try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems.

9. Chat assistant

The on-site chat assistant is powered by AI and its replies may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not professional advice or a binding statement from us.

10. Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party websites and uses third-party services such as Razorpay. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

11. Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is". Books and articles are for educational purposes. We work to keep them accurate but do not guarantee that they are error-free, complete or suitable for a particular purpose, or that the Site will always be available.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chandigarh, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
