Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No refunds on completed purchases

Once a payment succeeds and access to the book is granted, the purchase cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged. This includes a change of mind, not finishing the book, or buying it by mistake.

To help you decide before buying, each book's page lists what it covers, and several chapters can be read for free.

2. Cancellation

An order cannot be cancelled once the payment succeeds, because access is delivered instantly. You can cancel at any time before paying by closing the Razorpay checkout window; you will not be charged.

3. When we do refund

We refund the full amount in these cases:

• Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same book.
• Access not delivered: you were charged, but did not get access to the book, and we cannot fix it within 7 days of you contacting us.

To ask for one, email official.iamgurmeet@gmail.com within 30 days of the payment with your order ID or payment ID and the email address used at checkout.

4. Failed or pending payments

If money was deducted but the payment failed, it is not a purchase. The amount is normally returned to your account automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days. If it has not arrived after that, contact us with the payment details and we will follow it up.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 business days of approval. The exact time depends on your bank. Access to the refunded book is removed.
